Everything was awesome and rooms were immaculate and warm. The location was marvelous and unbeatable, to the railroad tracks, in the fairly nice area. I did not want to leave there, had such a great experience, and would like to stay there on the next trip.

Room smelled and was not ready and had to change room.breakfast and lady handling breakfast was really good. Room not so great but were there for funeral. Did find out that Holiday Inn express gave a 50% discount because of stay was for funeral.

Quiet hotel with clean facilities. Absolutely perfect and excellent location. Very relaxing area. Very close to several eating places, restaurants, gasoline and other services. The property of choice in Hereford.

Location was good for our quilt show in Dimmitt. The breakfast had good variety.

4 of us checked in - only 3 towels. When asked for more, had to go get them each day. Room was not serviced. Attitude about our complaints was brushed off until our displeasure was recognized. Bill was adjusted. Won't stay here again.

The location was fantastic as it was right across the road from a railroad track and just 1 mile from John Pitman Golf Course.

There was not much to like.

Attempted to book a hotel in Amarillo, Booked.net gave me this one. Didn't think to check that it's 50 minutes outside of Amarillo. Booking should have more clarity, but I accept that responsibility. Then we got there... the entire town stinks of manure from factory farms nearby. The beds were hard, the breakfast gross, and you could barely use the pool for the stench of town. Save yourself the time and peace of mind - spend the extra $ and stay away from Hereford.

I had a fantastic stay for five nights.

The staff was amazing and very helpful.

They had bed bugs and my kids and I were bitten all over!

As youngsters, we loved the spacious rooms with a large closet and plenty of room for our family and our puppy. The bathroom had a large mirror and extra counter space, perfect for getting ready. The hotel had a pleasant smell and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were personable and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food.

Felt cozy, no complaints at all.

Very nice facilities for a good price. Location is excellent. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast was good. We will definitely be staying there again.

The pillows are too short. Queen sized pillows for a queen sized bed. King sized pillows for a king sized bed.
